Catalogue services

Catalog services have been updated to the latest GeoCat Find technology.

Highlights for this release include:

DCAT-AP 3.0 export support for ISO 19139 and ISO 19115-3:2018 records (EU-DCAT-AP, EU-GeoDCAT-AP, DCAT-AP Mobility, DCAT-AP HVD).
DCAT-AP NL 3.0 support for Dutch metadata schemas, including RDF/XML export and CSW output schema.
Metadata editor redesigned to manage distributions, overviews and associated resources in separate sections.
Resumable downloads for large metadata attachments (files over 2 GB supported).
New SFTP harvester and GeoNetwork 4.x harvester.
Multiple DOI publication servers, with per-group assignment.
OAI-PMH server reintroduced.
CSV API for flexible metadata export with configurable XPATH field selection.
Thesaurus improvements: SDMX, OWL, and EU SKOS formats, plus creation from shapefiles.
Audit log now records user information changes.
Security fixes: CVE-2026-46487, CVE-2026-11998, CVE-2026-55864, CVE-2026-53573, GHSA-5pq9-ppfw-p83j, GHSA-x898-729x-cc3r.

Mapping services have been updated to GeoCat Map 2025.2 (GeoServer 2.27.4, GeoWebCache 1.27.4, GeoTools 33.4).

Highlights for GeoCat Live customers include:

OGC API - Features is now available for all customers, providing a REST/JSON vector service alongside existing WFS 1.0, 1.1 and 2.0.
Content Security Policy headers enabled for improved security hardening.
Performance improvements across meta-tiling, multi-threaded catalog loading, coordinate reference system lookup, and KML output.
File System Sandbox Isolation available on request to strictly limit data access to the WebDAV folder.
