The website https://www.geocat.com/my is the central billing and support portal for GeoCat customers.

Once logged in you can use this website:

  • To order or cancel products, retrieve invoices

  • To open and review support issues.

  • From the side menu (left) you can access the live dashboard. The dashboard will list your current live services and their current status.

  • For each service the link to the service is provided. You can also access reports about availability and usage of the service.

  • The support portal also lists downloads which may be relevant to you (Bridge) and has a knowledge base for frequently asked questions and release notes.

  • The portal allows the creation of subaccounts for users that are enabled to register support issues or monitor invoices on your behalf.
